Return & Exchange Policy

To start a return, please contact us at lusivaswimwear@gmail.com. 

Unless your product has arrived faulty or damaged, we will not offer refunds. However, if your suit does not fit or you change your mind, you may exchange it for another suit or store credit.

In order to be eligible for returns:

• ​Suit must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without odours

• Suit must have tags and hygenic liner attached

• Order must have been placed/delivered within 30 days
